Access to the
apartments |
|

- There are about 10
external steps from street level to the main entrance. However these
can be avoided by entering by the rear door of the building, on the
same level as the street, and taking the lift from the basement
floor.
- All external doors
(main and rear) are wheelchair width, as are internal passageway
doors. All doors are side hung.
- The lift connects the
basement, ground (entrance) and upper (apartment) floors. Lift doors
are automatic, all controls are touch sensitive.

- One apartment has a
large bathroom with space for a wheelchair - please request this when
booking if required
- All bathrooms have
standard height baths with a shower over the bath
- There is a intercom
and remote door control for letting guests into the building

Location and public
transport |

|
|
The
apartments are very centrally located for public transport. They are adjacent to Deansgate rail and G-Mex Metrolink stations (full ramp/lift access to
both), and many bus services stop nearby, including the free,
accessible, city centre Metroshuttle.
Manchester
operates a city centre Shopmobility service 7 days a
week - see

Parking |

Metered parking bays (normal max stay Mon-Sat before 6.00pm is 3 hours) are
immediately outside the apartments. There are normally vacant bays
available during charged hours.
Longer stay parking, both secure and open, is a few minutes
walk away - full details are provided on booking.
Barrier
controlled onsite parking within the development can
normally be arranged, subject to availability and an
additional charge. |

in normal font covering all equipment instructions etc. This can be
emailed to you in advance for printing in larger font if requested. |
