The form
below enables you to send us details of your required booking. Complete the form
after you have checked our
Availability
page, confirm that you accept the
Booking
Conditions, and press 'Submit'
to send. We will then contact you by
telephone to confirm total cost and availability and obtain your credit
or debit card details. A confirmation with directions, access
instructions and car-parking options will then be sent
by email.
We will then hold
the apartment for you until 4 weeks before you are due to arrive. You may cancel
your booking at any time until then at no cost. At that point (or
immediately for bookings within 4 weeks) we will debit the full cost of your
stay (plus key deposit) from your card, and from then on your booking will be
fixed. Our
Booking Conditions refer you to a
cancellation insurance scheme for holiday lets.
About
2 weeks before your stay we will send a set of keys to your nominated address.
Alternatively you may choose to collect the keys on your arrival in Manchester
from an agency close to the apartments (Monday to Friday only, between 0900 and
1800). We debit an additional £50 from your card as a
returnable deposit for the keys. In all cases you return the keys to us after
your stay, in a postage paid envelope.

For some
bookings we may also require a returnable deposit to cover any breakages
or damage - if so this will be advised on booking.
Prices include
Towels,
heating, bedlinen (including for sofa beds), and telephone allowance are
all included. A weekly
service & linen change is included for bookings of more than one week,
additional servicing is available upon request for an additional cost.
