Please complete the form below after you have checked our availability page. Confirm that you accept the Booking Conditions, and press 'Submit' to send. We will then contact you by telephone to confirm total cost and availability and obtain your credit or debit card details. A confirmation with directions, access instructions and car-parking options will then be sent by email. We will then hold the apartment for you until 4 weeks before you are due to arrive. You may cancel your booking at any time until then at no cost. At that point (or immediately for bookings within 4 weeks) we will debit the full cost of your stay (plus key deposit - see below) from your card, and from then on your booking will be non-cancellable. Our Booking Conditions refer you to a cancellation insurance scheme for holiday lets.		The cost per night for an apartment depends on how long you are booking for, how far ahead you are booking, and whether you will have more than two people staying.
		For a booking for less than 7 nights, the rate is £80 per night (but see minimum totals).
		For a booking of 1 week to 4 weeks, the rate is £70 per night.
		For a booking of more than 4 weeks, the rate is £60 per night

apartment keys		For more than two occupants, add on £10 per night per extra adult (£5 per extra child)
We will either send you the keys by post, or you may collect them locally on arrival: Keys to be sent by post are posted to arrive at your nominated address about two weeks before your stay. Keys to be collected on your arrival in Manchester are from an agency close to the apartments (Monday to Friday only, between 1000 and 1700 hrs). In both cases we debit an additional £50 from your card as a refundable deposit for the keys, and you return the keys to us after your stay in the postage paid envelope provided.
		For all bookings the minimum booking total is £240.

How many day passes for the GL-14 Health Club would you like to order? Each pass costs £5, and is valid for one visit by one person. The cost of any unused passes returned with your keys will be refunded.
